In case you missed it, this week is the annual Children’s Book Week. So we really hope you treated your kid (or yourself) with a bright and shiny new page turner. If you are a book lover like us you might have grown a big collection over the last couple of years as well. So where do you leave them all? We found 9 inspiring ways for you to showcase all these beautiful books in a way that they are for grabs for our little mini me’s. We want to stimulate them to read and love books don’t we? This will definitely help.

1. We love this elegant bookshelf from Oeuf New York. Not only perfect for books but you can store toys as well.

2. The Good Read Book Caddy from the Land of Nod is perfect for little children. Just add some pillows around it and you will create a nice reading nook.

3. How adorable is this tree bookshelf? You instantly have some wall decor as well and it can hold A LOT of books!

4. Which kid wouldn’t like this Baa-Baa sheep bookshelf from Rowen and Wren’s  in their room? The perfect way to combine bedtime story’s with counting sheep. If this won’t make them sleep …?

5. We are not really from the DIY department but… this looks super easy. It’s an old drawer wit added legs! What a brilliant idea! You can just flip through all the books from cover to cover. We’ve found this idea at appartmenttherapy.com

6. This front facing display of the books is almost a classic on Instagram really. And yes, this is how we display most of the Children’s books we have in our home. The racks are from Ikea and are suppose to be for photo frames.
